KIA service centre Maitland

Front desk service was frustrating, been hung up on, and in person was rude, one person in particular (Linda)The booking dates were unreasonable too. I was forced to use them due to cars warranty and was excepted to lose my new car of 3 weeks for a month. Ridiculous

My wife and daughter dropped off car at 10am for service at service center and then caught a taxi to local shopping centre (Green Hills).Long story short, they were forgotten about and had to wait until almost 5pm before they could pick up car. No apology or explanation, just forgotten. Kia Maitland will never see another dollar from my family.

I broke down enroute to Newcastle. I had Kia Breakdown warranty and the car was towed to Kia Maitland. They kept me informed. Politely explained everything, and although snowed under with work they scheduled me in and diagnosed and repaired the fault quickly. Very happy with what they did.

My car due for its first service so i was very concerned about how I would be treated. Good surprise, I had courtesy transport provided and car service finished inside time given. Car cleaned and ready. So very happy and recommend them.

The cars only got 22000km on the clock. They did a service book 60000km service which it didn't need and still cost me well over $400. You only rip me off once.i will now do the services myself every 5000km and do a better job of it. The car is in showroom contition. I wont do that again. They don't even have pensioners rates.

Kia at maitland did a great job servicing my car.I was impressed on how one of the mechanics made it his business to make sure I was able to park my car in the disability parking as I am unable to walk any long distances. The girl behind the counter in the office was very helpful and courteous. I Found the mechanic that checked my car was very thougher and took great care of my car.I would on today's evaluation recommend kia maitland service centre .

Dropped my Daughter's car off. Service very Expensive! They claimed she lost her Warranty, but they are to expensive for her.

After having an issue with our panoramic sunroof and it exploding, while driving, I was obviously upset and in shock when I was rudely advised by Cessnock Kia they couldn't even see my car for TWO weeks.Maitland Kia told me to bring the vehicle in straight away, as it was a safety issue and needed to be addressed asap. I also did not have a garage for the car to go in, so Maitland Kia kindly housed the vehicle in their shop for me, whilst they looked at it to find a fault. The car was 1 month out of the 7 year warranty, there was no fault found, and the sunroof was going to cost us 7000k.After I got over the initial shock, the lovely people at Maitland Kia advised me that they would talk to Kia and see what they would do in regards to payment seeing as it was only 1 month out of warranty and it didn't seem like this was anyones fault. Luckily Kia came to the party, and Maitland Kia kept our car in the shop for the 3 or so weeks it took for a new sunroof to come in and then replaced it for us, cleaned the car from top to bottom, even removing all of the mats and interior to make sure it had no glass inside.I am beyond happy with my experience with Maitland Kia and will be coming here for future services and bringing my other vehicles here also. And telling anyone who will listen also . Also a special thank you to Ashleigh for all ringing around and looking after us and to everyone who worked on our car.. I'm glad to have her back in one piece. Thank you!

I've had the pleasure of taking my services to KIA for the last couple of years. For car servicing or some issues needing to be fixed. During these times i've experienced amazing customer service and professionalism. A pleasure to work with. Big shout outs to Katherine behind the desk who is always very professional and knowledgable. She has helped with any questions i've had and has explained in such a way it was easy to understand.
