I did this course yesterday with 2 of my work colleagues. The pre-course work was excellent. Very good information and well laid out, with good questions at the end of each module to cement the learning. The practical (in-person) part of the course was very good. Our instructor struck a good balance of important information with some humour thrown in, which provided a great class with presented all the important information in a good way. I would recommend this course.

Lovely company! Taught the lesson very well, really appreciated the online theory as it prepared me well for the practical lesson. As it was my first time doing such a course, I was comfortable and able to do everything.

I completed HLTAID011 Provide first aid with CPR First Aid yesterday. The Tullamarine training facility was in good condition and well set up. The trainer Neil was friendly and made the class as interesting and interactive as possible. When booking the course, I was impressed by how easy and understandable the process was (as well as affordable!) I found that completing the online modules allowed me to work at my own pace with the theory so that I was prepared to perform practical skills in the classroom session. Overall, I would recommend this organisation to anyone looking to complete such courses and am satisfied with their service.
