First time trying Frankie4 Shoes. WOW....I loved them! I just had to buy both colours in the 1 style (Jane Sandal) straight away to start me off. Jacqui was just lovely and really helpful and took the time to show me all the different styles and explain what fits were the same and let me try on different shoes so I knew my sizing in the different styles for future online purchases. She even sent me an email with the styles and sizes to make it soo much easier for me. Great Shoes and staff! Can't wait to buy the Elena's next!

What a wonderful experience I had with Frankie4 customer service agent - Liz Y. I had purchased some white leather sneakers a few months ago and the label frayed on both shoes. Liz was extremely polite, helpful and professional. My issue was resolved in 5 minutes and I am an extremely happy customer. The shoes by the way are phenomenally comfortable and worth the cost!!

I ordered my shoes on Friday 26 May, today is 1 June and my order hasn’t been shipped. I tried online chat, and email but no one answers me. I tried calling on Wednesday but didn’t get through then when I got through today I was told that I would receive my shipping tracking details today otherwise I can chase it up with them tomorrow???? I didn’t receive my tracking details today and I’m not holding my breath that anyone would answer me tomorrow!
