I usually take my apple products into repair to the Apple store but decided to try Qcare as it was closer. So glad I did! Took my Macbook in for screen and dent repair. Had it back within 3 days! The Macbook looks brand-new again. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place :)

Qcare has the best service and are the kindest people ever! I had trouble with turning on my Mac and it was experiencing weird vertical lines on my display. Qcare repaired my laptop in 24 hours! They really do care about their customers, I recommend their service! :) To top that, the repair was covered fully by the apple warranty!

I carried in two Macbooks but i have consulting with Apple on the phone first before visiting at the shop. First Macbook none camera capture has not found and second one was Macbook doesn't response turning on.I waited around 7 days including the weekend but the shop is opened like Mon-Fri. The functions of both Macbooks are wonderful haha the camera works fine and another one is turning on.This place is quite busy so that was why you might have to be patient" and "you might go there on a day off or free time"The technicians will take their time to check your devices and suggest or explain that what they can do to fix them. Prices are reasonable per each case i guess. The lady and technician are helpful like tell them what is your condition. If the price is high you might ask for another options? They might have or haven't the another option but at least ask.Please visit them

This is the first time posting a google review, all because of the amazing, friendly, helpful and professional staff at qcare. Would rate 10/5 if possible :) They replaced my iPad Pro very efficiently and were so helpful with my warranty. Communication was great and the staff seemed to genuinely have customers’ best interest at heart. 100% recommend and I’m definitely coming back for all future repairs! Special thanks to Ashwani :) she really went above and beyond.

Super good service experience! I sent my Macbook Pro for battery call-back replacement, but when I went to shop to take it back, surprisingly being told that the top case of my laptop got replaced with a brand new one for free! So at least half of the laptop in front of me now looks brand new.

I’ve been many times to different places to get the support for my Apple stuff and only here I found people, who are really looking after you. They are carefully listening to the Apple problem you have, check the status of the warranty or additional warranty if there is some, and do their best. Absolutely outstanding service! Very professional, polite and customer oriented

Excellent service and friendly staff. First time came here for fixing of my mac. Their process is really smooth. Received call, and email when work was completed. They also offer service without appointment so this is really great.

Best experience I’ve ever had with tech repairs. I booked in through Apple support, went in and they fixed my laptop within 3 days and it’s practically brand new now.The staff were so lovely and helpful especially at the moment with so many repairs and appointments due to covid so I’m stoked! Xx
