Rude staff and they overcharged me.

My girlfriend shops here all the time. Great quality service, the clothes always look great and it doesn’t put too big a dent in my bank account!

Worked at Ally fashion Mirrabooka for two months (June and July 2022). My manager Becky that works there is not paying me. I have been ignored so I reached out to another manager. After that, Becky my manager finally got back to me and claimed I did not work the amount of shifts I did. Very very disappointed as I still not have been paid and it has been over 6 months. When I went into the store before Christmas the second manager I spoke to was blaming me for not being paid. I DO NOT recommend this job. When working with Becky she also swore and did not hold a professional attitude. NOT GOOD ENOUGH AT ALL! I am still expecting to be paid.

I honestly don't know where you find the people that work at the Mirrabooka store they are very unhelpful I went in there to buy an outfit they were all standing behind the counter doing nothing they actually looked bored and one of the workers smelled really bad and it was only 10 in the morning I couldn't wait to get out of there i won't be going back so discussed

Good selection of clothes and always have beautiful pieces on sale. Staff are friendly.

I love ally for their selection and pricing but when I visited the store in Mirrabooka on the Thursday during the Easter weekend i was not greeted at all. I could see that the two girls working at the store greeting everyone else at the store but did not make any effort to greet me although I walked by the counter many times. When I went to pay for the bill the store person was having a lengthy conversation with the customer Infront of me when they could clearly see I was waiting to pay for my clothes. When it was my turn they continued to talk to this customer whilst serving me and totally ignoring me, no acknowledgement. I felt discriminated during this situation.

Was in store today 2/6/2022 around 5pm, very disappointed with the lack of basic customer serviced received. When being served at the counter I greeted the blonde haired employee with a friendly “hello” and “how are you?” To receive silence in response, didn’t get told the price - the girl just looked at me with raised eyebrows and looked at the card machine indicating for me to tap my card. My T-shirt was handed to me in a ball with my receipt on top, I stood there looking at the two employees confused and asked for a bag to which my question was answered “two dollars” blatantly. Shocked with the overall lack of professionalism.

Workers are always so nice and helpful they go above and beyond !

Nice alternative fashion. Staff are excellent and very helpfull;been to other ones and nothing compares to the service received.
