Waratah Medical Services Mixed Billing

I find this practice great.Professional, Prompt, Polite.At reception Cindy is lovely.Dr Saad Ali is empathetic and knowledgeable.I'm older and have a few issues.Am very pleased and grateful for Waratah Medical, Morisset.Susan

I have attended this practice for 5 years. The Reception staff are always most pleasant and helpful, even polite when being abused by a patient who had obviously got the day wrong!I understand that we have fewer Doctors/patients than other areas and that Medicare has cut back on time and allowance per consultation! Telephone Consultations are more readily available.I'm most grateful for the care of the Dr I mostly see and do understand that I may have to wait as he is exceptional - knowledgeable, thorough and caring!

I sincerely hope all the Receptionist, Registered nurses, Doctors, had a pleasant Christmas day with Family and Friends and that this continues on in prosperity for the New Year.Thank you all for taking care of my well being throughout the past year.

Absolutely disgusting rude behaviour from the receptionist this morning. My son is only just 4 months old with high temps 38.7 and they refuse to see him for an urgent appointment. Where is the duty of care? Where is the respect? This clinic has absolutely no ethics or morals absolutely disgusting service!!!!

Calling after hours service on a Saturday to make an appointment - in a phone queue for more than 30 mins to get dropped off at next caller stage - tried again same wait and dropped off - turned up at the clinic instead to find they were closed due to no available doctor - great service Waratah - your care factor is showing !!Maybe fix your phone messages in future

I have attended Waratah Medical Services for many years and switched to their Morriset Practice when Kanwal closed. The care and attention that I have received is second to none. Follow up calls out of hours, safe pain management and fast referrals.I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Don't go here if you are a chronic pain patient. I was refused scripts for pain relief for rheumatoid arthritis, despite having a plan from a pain management specialist. This is apparently the practice policy.

Shame about these negative reviews because this is not our experience. Moved to area end of 2020 and very anxious about getting a good doctor and rang 5-6 doctors clinics to be told books are closed. I am very aware of doctor shortage in area which impacts service and appointments. This was the only centre to have an opening in my area and we couldn’t be happier with service from Dr Van Wyk and clinic nurses. My nanna has been using this service since it opened and they have been very accommodating.

Just bad. Pretty sure it's the same owners/manager from the wyong clinic & that place was horrendous, the GM was rude & just horrible to deal with in regards to a poor practice by a doctor which lead to severe damages & instead of investing the doctor, they throw the patient out & say find a new practice after they've been attending there for 6 years.Receptionists are incompetent at best.I wouldn't go here. FYI the wyong practice is permanently closed now and had horrendous reviews! I ran into another doctor who id seen at the clinic before while shopping & they had disclosed the horrible conditions & workloads that's expected of them & how rude some of the staff are to others and patients. Id go elsewhere! Listen to the reviews.

community oriented practice with lovely helpful staff and an amazing range of doctors. Couldn’t recommend enough !
