My BMW M2 required painting, minor dint repair and replacement sunroof and rear windscreen. The paint job was almost perfect and only minor blemish was fixed without issue when I pointed it out. Job was completed only three days over estimate given at beginning of job.

Great team, good communication. My car was lost at the tow yard for a week, then Euroimage did a great job getting my car back on time. Quality of the work exceptional.

What a rubbish car repair company! The receptionist promised many times will call me to tell me updates however every time it is myself calling them for updates. Plus they never have actually date of finishing the car repair and always postpone it without notifying me.

I’m going to keep this simple. This business is shambles and absolutely dodgy. I booked through insurance for a repair. My car sat there for a month, and on the day of expected completion, I hadn’t heard anything. I called up, to find out no repair had been done, and it was sitting outside in a parking lot. Parts weren’t even ordered yet (financial issues?). They lied consistently to my insurance company, saying different stories. I had a three way chat with them and my insurance company where the truth was exposed eventually. I ended up picking up my car still broken. Untrustworthy, dodgy, poor customer service, admin person has absolutely no idea. When I went to pick up the car, there was no acknowledgment, head down, ‘your car is down the road’. No apology or anything! Absolute joke. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, and the communication is horrendous. Basic respect for customers is obviously not important. Definitely some improvements need to be made here. This is only half of it, but to not slam them, and respect they are running a business, I can only provide feedback that they need to improve overall between their team.

My car was taken here Via AAMI insurance. The repairs are shocking!! My very rare Passat R36 Wagon came back to me with the most atrocious repair job I have ever seen. Doors not aligned properly on the passenger side that got damaged. The paint wasn’t even blended properly had to check up on my vehicle 3 times and even left posted notes for the areas they missed. Still didn’t fix the job correctly. My seat heaters weren’t re-connected neither was my front passenger side window switches. I was then told after taking my car back 3 times that they would no longer take my vehicle back. The list of things goes on and on and on with these guys not to mention they are rude. I then felt the need to ask for the owner of Euro image who I was told I couldn’t speak to!! So instead I saw him out the front and approached him myself and asked why my car was treated so badly compared to his black Bentley or the AUDI R8 v10 plus that sat outside that day... it should not matter what car is damaged ford to Ferrari the repair job should be treated exactly same. In this case it’s terrible. My car has now gone to a much better repairer and I will not ever deal with euro image again. They have cost me time and money frequently driving from ESSENDON and back each time to make sure my vehicle was done properly. Still to this day they have not once come to the party after a week of having the car assessed yet again by AAMI. This company is useless!

My CX5 needed repairing, the team at Euroimage were professional, friendly and very helpful right from my first contact with them! The repairs were done within the expected time frame, and the whole process start to finish was smooth and seamless. When I picked my car up I was super impressed with the quality of their workmanship, the paint was matched perfectly, the blending in on the front bumper was perfect you couldn't see where it had been fixed, and my headlight had some bad scratches from the other cars impact which they had managed to polish outSuperb job and I highly reccomend these guys and girls all the staff are great and definitely have good work ethics and high attention to detail‼️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have a car that needed a substantial body repair. Rear door had to be replaced and certain parts repaired and painted.Arthur was very approachable and helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done on the car and how the total price was calculated. I do not know how it compares to other places price-wise, but the price quoted to us seemed reasonable (based on a car repair done by a friend at another place).We dropped the car off and travelled overseas for close to a month. The guys were kind enough (thank you) to keep the car at their place after the repair and before our return.When we picked up the car, we were very impressed with the quality of repair! Highly recommend the place.

HORROR 'REPAIR SHOP'Let me start by saying that Euro Image Smash Repairs is the EPITOME of unprofessionalism. From the receptionist all the way up to the manager who called me disgusting after I asked him why my car is still not fixed after a month and a half of it being in the shop. The staff at this repair shop are rude, unresponsive, and downright disrespectful to their customers. They don't seem to care about their customers' needs or concerns at all.The worst part of my experience is the fact that they lied to me about when my car would be fixed. It's unacceptable for a repair shop to make false promises to their customers, especially when it comes to something as important as a car repair. It's clear that Euro Image Smash Repairs doesn't value their customers' time or money.To make matters worse, they haven't even ordered the necessary parts to fix my car, despite the fact that it's been over a month since I brought it in for repairs. This level of incompetence is truly staggering. How can a repair shop pick and choose when they want to fix a car and make their customers wait as long as they want?And let's not forget about the fact that i've been stuck with a hire car that I have to return tomorrow, even though my own car isn't ready yet. This is an inconvenience that I shouldn't have to deal with, especially considering the fact that Euro Image Smash Repairs is the one responsible for the delay.In conclusion, I would not recommend Euro Image Repairs to anyone. Their unprofessionalism, incompetence, and disrespect for their customers make them a terrible choice for anyone in need of car repairs. Steer clear of this repair shop at all costs, unless you want to be treated like dirt and left with a broken car for months on end.

Insurance company selected Euroimage Automotive for assessment after car damage. They called to say I had left some personal belongings in the car. I have previously had smash repairers keep belongings held in the car. Attended the workshop and it was very clean and professional. you could tell it was not a backyard operator and would use proper parts. Geoff, the assessor called me regularly with updates on the status of the car. he was clear, understanding and advised what needed to be done with the car. I could not fault Geoff or Euroimage Automotive. I could not fault them for the service conducted for me. thank you.
