I’ve bought some bike parts and accessories from Bikesonline and found them to be great quality for the price, especially the Entity pedals which I would compare to much more expensive pedals. Delivery was quick too, a great customer experience for me so far.

Recently bought my mountain bike from here and the process was very easy. Great communication throughout and good pricing. The courier they used was on time and also responsive to my questions. Awesome to find a multi tool and pedal spanner included with the new bike. Overall a very good experience. Would recommend!

I purchased a D7SE approximately 6 months ago. First dual suspension bike and very happy with the purchase in the context of the type of riding I do, my skill set and the price paid. I did have an issue with the rear hub failing but Bikesonline were good to deal with in my experience and quickly sent me a new, upgraded wheel and hub to resolve the issue under warranty.I also upgraded to tubeless tyres straight away and Bikesonline helped me out with all the gear for that at a great price. In my experience I would definitely recommend them as a great option to purchase through, particularly at the prices they offer for the quality of the bikes on sale.

Couldn’t be happier with the service from Bicycles Online.I purchased a bike, shipping was super quick! Turns out there was a manufacturing fault that was picked up after I had put the bike together and taken it for a spin.I contacted Bicycles Online, no problem, they arranged a pick up, with a brand new replacement of the bicycle. Return and Delivery, was less than a one week process!!This is my first ‘real bike’, and I managed to put it together (twice) using the the instructions provided. Packaging was perfect!Thanks for great Customer Service, and an experience.

My experience was not great, took a day off work to receive my new bike that didn't turn up, took a second day off and was advised that there was an error made by the Bikes On Line team in classifying the weight of the bike. Bikes Online wasnt resolving my issue so Long story short, I had to drive in to go and collect my bike. The cons of not buying a bike in store...

Purchased a bike online and had it delivered mostly built, very easy Order experience. When the bike arrived the frame turned out too big and it was no hassle to arrange for the size down to be delivered. Great experience

These pedals arrived poste-haste from Bicycles Online and, at $36.99 (marked down from $50), they’re proving to be excellent value. Easily fitted to my 2001 vintage Pinarello Paris, they accommodate broader feet like mine and offer excellent grip even on rough road surfaces. And their bright orange colour brightens up the now cosmetically-challenged but still fabulous-looking Italian frame. Great service, great product.
