Fix opening hours.

On collection of the bouquet of flowers, I was disappointed to find out that instructions given were not considered relevant to the customer. On order, paid for in advance as requested, it was clear that the bouquet must have “birds of paradise” as this specific flower was the person being gifted favorite. On collection, and only at this point, was I advised when I noticed no birds of paradise included, I was advised they tried to source them from 3 different buyers. I can assure you that I saw the very flowers in Coles, which begs to question their over service to the customer. They did not call me to tell me otherwise, as I would of had sourced them myself and cancelled the order. Disgraceful service and I would not recommend them to anyone bc this isn’t service. They did however replace them with “kangaroo claw” which isn’t the same. Just disappointed having spent good money for a special 50th.

I placed an order for my fiancee while she was in Brisbane for business. Spring Hill contacted me days later to tell me that the item I'd ordered was no longer available. Since my fiancee flew out less than 12 hours later I told them I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. Now they won't respond to me.No response. No refund. For no product. Only crooks here, go to one of the other florists nearby (there are many to choose from).

We ordered some flowers to brighten our stay in hotel quarantine and Jonathan & the team organised the delivery on the same afternoon. The flowers were beautifully arranged and the chocolates were a thoughtful surprise. Thank you!

Very disappointed. The flowers that arrived were nice, although very small arrangement for the $80 i paid. The flowers lasted less than 48 hours before they had deteriorated. Gerberas are a long lasting cut flower. When I raised my concerns with the florist, I was told they had been dropped after delivery, which they had not, and that they had been put in the hot sun by the window. The two days had been overcast and cool and they were in airconditioning so had not got hot. I bought flowers from woolies (the lillies and irises) because i was so disappointed and have shown them here sitting in the same place, and they are still in perfect condition a week later, the flowers from this shop went in the bin 3 days after delivery. Very disappointed with the quality and very disappointed with the response after I provided feedback. Never using them again.

I ordered 80 long stem roses for my mum's 80th, she told me I was her favourite son that night. Thanks guys

Ordered chocolates for Valentine but collected a box of $7 Lindt chocolates from Coles. I requested a note when putting through the order online but nothing provided, I was in a rush so couldn't check until later. I could of spend a trip to Coles and get something better.
