We’ve frequented Caffe Rosso for more than 10 years as locals & love it, about time I shared my adoration. Unpretentious yet sophisticated. From dates pre kids to family friendly with kids, it’s our go to. Fantastic menu breakfast, lunch or dinner, beautiful seasonal specials. Perfect for all occasions. Awesome wine list & my favourite Italian craft beer. Excellent coffee & the desserts, stop it. Takeaway pizzas always a favourite too. Sebastian is a warm, welcoming host & great character. His staff always friendly & accomodating. Spoiled for choice with Italian cuisine yet I can rarely go past my favourite crazy water (pic attached). I couldn’t recommend Caffe Rosso highly enough. We’re never disappointed, so consistently good!

3.6. Nice cafe attached to the Harris Farm supermarket. The coffee was good here and the service charming in an understated way. We decided to have two pizzas, a fungi and a ham and cheese. Both were good. They could have been a tad warmer but they tasted good and had lovely thin crusts. It’s a good place that we’d happily visit again.

It’s a shame we were treated so poorly by a restaurant we have frequented many times.Firstly we were told they did not have details of our booking (which we made the previous day) and that they would try and accommodate us. We were placed at a table and told we may have to share if needed, which we accepted.After half an hour of waiting we placed our order. The waitresses were clearly run off their feet and did their best. What we objected to was the owner ignoring the majority of the room and clearly making sure certain orders of obvious favoured customers were delivered before others ( our table for Instance).We waited for our mains for well over an hour.We have no complaints about the food but we expected at least some recognition (at least when leaving)by the owner. Instead it appears we were totally ignored on purpose !It really is no way to run a business. We are locals and we have usually raved about Cafe Rosso, but we certainly will not be from now on.Extremely disappointed with our treatment!!!

The food and the service here were amazing and super friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing, we enjoyed our time at Caffe Rosso.

Garlic herb bread, Boscaiola, Ravioli, Bolognese, Cannelloni and a Mozzarella pasta. Amaretto sour, even the lemon lime and bitters. Wow. Possibly the best pasta I've ever had. It's art and it's brilliant.

We were ten of us at 7.30 pm and were told we had to spend a minimum of 55/- per head. We were not given to understand that the entrees were for 25/- per head so we were left guessing about what we were spending.The food was very good and great quantity but to add to the confusion was the wine on offer. The owner was very aware that we wanted to be cost conscious and while ordering the wine introduced us to a delicious wine as we understood it to be for 44/- dollars. The bill however shocked us when we had to pay 80/- dollars for the wine x 3 bottles . It amounted in a lot of “he said she said.” Out of decency he should have reiterated that the wine was 80/- and not 44/- what we’d chosen.The bill was staggering at 85/- dollars per person for a good but all too much Italian meal when all we wanted was a nice light dinner.Felt cheated. Won’t be going back as too many great places around.

Regular at this wonderful spot with my family. I can see some negative reviews below, that just aren't a fair representation of this business so just wanted to jump on and share our experience as the team are so warm and welcoming and make us feel at home everytime we visit. The food is delicious and generous, and their coffee is consistently good! It's the only place in bowral I'll book for a group breaky as we know the team will look after us and can handle the bigger group! Lots of love guys, we'll be coming again and again.
