First time visit Rouse Hill Family Vets, very good experience. Nurse and vet were every kind and patient with my questions. though i paid more compare to other vet i've been with, definitely worth it and i am willing to switch to there :)

Our fur baby, Milli, loves all the staff at RH family vets. From the minute we walk in the door Milli is made to feel at ease and loved.Thank you Belinda and staff for always being so amazing .

Great, caring and compassionate vets.Treated with utmost care, going above and beyond, even staying back late.Using EzyVet real-time technology, you can access diagnostics results live, view current medications and treatments.They went out of their way to make my foolish dog comfortable, and explain everything to me beforehand.5 stars are not enough for this amazing practice and their staff.

I’m extremely impressed with this practice. I had an ‘emergency’ situation with my dog over the weekend and I called the team who managed to squeeze us in to do a consultation. The team here is incredible - friendly, calm and they cater to both owners and dogs. The clinic is brand new, super clean. They are a certified fear free practice which is great for dogs who are nervous with vets. The consultation was very thorough, and clearly communicated what courses of action could be taken, what’s recommended and clearly outlined costs. What’s more, the practice owner Belinda was the treating veterinarian and she was a delight. And a big thanks to Brittney who was there through the whole thing. I’m making the immediate switch to Rouse Hill Family Vets as my regular clinic for my two dogs.

Moving into the area this was our 1st visit and I could not have been happier. The caring friendly staff were so kind and so professional. I have definitely made a great decision taking our animals there.

My cat Yoda is very anxious at the vet and not the most obliging patient. However Vet Jade was so compassionate and caring - they were able to gently do his routine checks and take blood sample without stressing him. Thanks for your time and patience !
