I just bought few things from them and I’m not going there again , took me 35 minutes at the register and the young lady there was so Rude and unhappy!!! Very bad service and unprofessional staff

Went in to pick up my click and collect order whilst waiting at the checkout I watched three young blokes behind the counter more concerned about talking about their weekend plans rather than actually doing there job and once they finsihed their chat two of them walked out from behind the counter wirh what looked like bags of lollies. I think the managers on duty may want to advise their staff that their weekend plans are less of a concern whilst they are actually meant to be working.

Very busy place. Have to wait for a parking spot. Had to stand in line to be served (approx 5 people in line and about 8 people behind me by the time I was served). Ha to stand in line to have script filled and another 15mibs wait time to collect medication. Store is set out nicely and there is always staff to assist you in finding what you want.

Very big facility, nicely organized. Plenty of parking outside. I went there for my flu shot, they helped me do my shot 1 hour before the appointment as I arrived early. Great people, all of them helped me. I ended up buying more stuff. Prices were also good.

I’ve never had any trouble with anything with this chemist. Been going here for years, Very good customer service, good communication skills. Waiting time is average can’t complain there it’s a popular chemist.

I was here on the 17th March 2023 at 9:20. I just wanna say how disgusting and horrible the customer service there was. I’ve ran into 3-4 young girls working there tonight and they have totally disregarded me and gave me such attitude for seeking help/ advice. Shame on all of them.

Same with other CW, this is a little bit bigger. Staff are good. Has its own parking space. But be mindful of your vehicle. One time around 7pm, I'm just waiting in my car in the parking lot. All of a sudden, someone threw a rock on my side door. Good thing it's not a big rock. Just be mindful of the time you park.

Very hardworking staff even when short staffed. Definitely need more people at the registers to help out the ones on the floor - I’ve seen them run up and down so many times poor thing. This old security guard is abit too much sometimes lol but I guess it’s okay if you’re not doing anything wrong.This chemist always have what I want, best prices and the pharmacy has such a nice vibe. Love coming here when I’m in the area

Wonderful store.Just wish they'd place more people at the register. The customer line is always long because of just 1 or 2 people working there.
