Jumbuk Park

Fantastic place for families. Especially big groups

Awesome place the views are forever perfect place for peace and quiet. Dave is an excellent host.

The place is beautiful, filled with natural life (we saw Kangaroos, a Koala, Wombat, etc) and things to do for children: mini-golf, games room, lounge, playground, climb wall, nearby nature walk, etc.The cabins are basic but clean, with heating/cooling.The kitchen is great. Basically, whatever you need you have there, just bring the groceries.Laura (the host) was lovely and helpful.The only downsides are that some of the things cost extra money: e.g. projector usage, cellular reception is dodgy unless using a mobile operator over the Telstra network (e.g. Woolies, Aldi), the last 4 km to and from the park are on gravel road (bumpy for smaller cars) and some of the attractions might be weather/time of year dependent. (We went to the lake in the park, but there were too many mosquitos there :().Overall, our family had a great time.Thanks!

This place is amazing. Beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is big and clean. The lounge room is amazing and the big screen and the projector were a big hit with our kids. The cabins are clean and private. There are lots of games for all of us and the nature is just beautiful. And the owners are so helpful. We got also a night walk to see some night animals like wombats and a kookaburra. Second morning when I woke up for morning prayer in the early dawn I could hear kookaburras and thought they are going to wake my baby boy up. They sounded lovely. As it was hazy from the smoke from the bushfires in East Gippsland we were robbed from seeing the amazing view of the mountains. The walk to the lake is well worth it. We are definitely coming back next year. Great for a family holiday.
