Ordered 2 pizzas for home delivery, Friday night. The docket said delivery in half an hour. After an hour and twenty minutes I called to see what was the delay, after being put on hold for over 5 minutes I was told the driver had delivered it to the wrong address and they would make a fresh order and deliver it immediately. Another 45 minutes later the pizzas arrived. The driver apologised saying he didn’t deliver the first order as he had to get petrol. The order included a bottle of drink, the driver said he didn’t have it and I’d need to phone to ask for a refund. The pizzas were cold and the Mediterranean lamb tasted awful. Not sure what had been done to it. I phoned to try and get a refund on the drink and the phone rang out. I think there are plenty of better and more reliable places in the district.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Was absolutely starving and ordered a Crust Delivery as we'd been drinking and probably couldn't legally drive. The website gave a 30 minute delivery estimate. Took nearly 90 minutes to turn up. No communication from the store. A simple call to say the were busy would have been sufficient. The Pizza was hot and more than acceptable but we won't be using them again.

She refused to delivery I’m within 1.3km ( Hornsby hospital) I asked the pizza to be dropped at the reception of Hornsby hospital and they didn’t want to take the order. The nurse here said they do sometimes are funny and don’t want to delivery within 30 min before closing time.Terrible customer service! You guys don’t belong to this community….

Peri peri chicken and Moroccan lamb pizza is must try. This store serves exceptional pizza with prompt delivery service since the new owner took over the business.We will come back soon.

The bbq meat deluxe was sauce and cheese. We watched the pizza maker put meat on the pizza and then take it off again and cover it in cheese. Could have been better.

30 minutes is never 30minutes..When you are starving do not order fromHornsby Crust..I think this order will be my very last order with crust..
