Phosana Thai Remedial Massage Therapy

10/10 highly recommended!

Sorry to say, but this was a disappointing experience. Called in advance, arrived and the woman was abrupt and not very welcoming. Was looking for a 90 minute treatment which seemed like a hassle for them and a lot of back and fourth between her and the younger chap in Thai. Eventually agreed upon a service and paid upfront. The younger chap was ok- not a full Thai massage though and no stretching.Second half was done by the woman who did a reflexology foot massage which was incredibly painful but I assume that was expected. The hot stones used were scalding hot and almost unbearable. Again, no stretching, no attention to the front of the body, only the back and legs. Didn't clean the massage oil off and the two staff members kept discussing things during the service. Overall a disappointing experience and I would not recommend if you haven't been here already and know what to expect.

An hour of pain & torture. My only relief was when she answered the phone twice mid massage. Not relaxing in anyway especially with them talking to each other for the full hour. Hubby felt the same pain from the man. Won't be returning. Very disappointed considering how we usually love a Thai massage.

Wonderful staff very professional clean and extremely considerate to COVID 19 safety. I’ve had several remedial massages with phosana and could not recommend them highly enough. They have proved very helpful in managing a minor injury.
