Took ages to serve, received half a portion of chips messed up the Bolognese order staff were rude and lied to manager so was forced to get a refund. Oh dip comes in bottle top sizes, they are really that small. Felt mugged off going there. Really tight with the portion sizes. $70 back in my pocket. Wasted my time tho.

This place has gone down the tubes this last few months. Been getting food regularly from here for about 3 years. Last few months it has been consistently bad. Pizza burnt and dry the last 3 times. Tonight was the last time I will buy from here, both pizza and apple bites burnt. Awful .!!!!!!! Avoid it.!!

I always have an amazing experience in crust pizza Engadine, from the moment I place my usual order (normally taken by Daman, a lovely young lad) to the incredible moment I open that box. The pizza and the people are both to die for at crust Engadine. Would recommend the Vietnamese chilli chicken, a perfect balance between spice and warmth flavour-fullness, absolute 9.8/10. Look forward to my next visit!

Before you do business with Jonny Jake Birch. Keep reading... my brother and I hired Jonny to handle some contract harvesting for us. Something he used to do for work. We paid him $16000. For the job. Hi took the money and ran, turned his phone off and passed no money on the the seasonal worker's. Still he will not communicate with us. Makes me wonder if he can't even pay his debts, how well is he looking after Crust Pizza Engadine shops food safety?

Wow, amazed at how the quality has completely dropped recently. Has this store changed ownership because it definitely doesn't seem the same? Been ordering from here for years, probably the best Crust pizza in the Shire until now. Last two visits, the pizza were lacking even the base ingredients of sauce on the base and cheese. We basically paid for dough cooked in the oven. Lack of ingredients in general and ingredients that don't belong on certain pizzas too. Cutting is abysmal, one slice was a third of the pizza and then some of the others were as wide as your finger. Upon picking up both times recently I didnt seem to notice some of the familiar faces, usually its packed with staff, most younger but all very pleasant, hard working and always a good energy. Last two times there was like 2-3 people in there and definitely seemed a downcast attitude. Did the right thing and tried to provide feedback directly and got no response either. Really enjoyed their food previously but if you won't even respond to constructive feedback then won't be back.
