No spare pillow or blanket, shower had dirt all over the floor and scum everywhere. They offer coffee and tea but no milk. The staff steal your car park that you're paying for then expect you to move your car back after they've left after 8:30 at night. And warning, you're not alone in that bed!!

Not the best if you're looking to sleep. Miners frequently stay here and are loud late at night, and loud very early, with no care for who else might be staying here. The room was ok, dirty coffee cups in the cupboard, but otherwise clean enough for somewhere that hasn't been updated for a very long time.

Served it's purpose as a place to stay due to cancelled flight. Staff were nice and friendly, however.... cockroaches in the room, your car park doesn't seem to mean anything to other guests here and someone unlocked and entered my room and woke me up in the morning! Was hours before checkout time! Wrf?

In my room, there was no mug, no iron. The sheets were disgusting. The room was not cleaned very well during the day. I definitely wouldn't stay there again.

It's poorly maintained. There is always scum and mould in and around the bathroom areas.The quality of bed linen and towels is low.There is a lot of noise from the surrounding area.The staff offer low service standards.The rooms are tiny.Also the thermostat on the hot water is so low that you don't need any cold water and still only have a warm shower.

Stayed here for 8 nights for work. The staff come into the room every day and turn the aircon off. It's not pleasant arriving back to my room in the afternoon and it's 35 degrees inside. Takes 2-3 hours to cool down which is unpleasant after working all day.Once the staff knocked while I had a do not disturb sign on the door and the other time they entered the room while I was in the shower as I didn't reply to their knocking.Have some respect for your tenants or you won't have any to disrespect.

Stayed here multiple times, staff always friendly, rooms are clean, prices are good, availability at last minute is great. The restaurant also has some really tasty dishes. Keep up the good work.
