Went to the store today in the afternoon to get mirrors for my car, asked the lady at the parts section for helps to choose between 2 types, she wasn’t helpful or polite she has no clue what a customer service looks like!

I am useless when it comes to cars- I was going on a 4 hr drive away and I was told I needed transmission fluid, I went to the store, and Steph happily assisted me in the shop, and came out to fill it up,and check my water, oil etc. I really apperiate how they go above and beyond. Defiantly recommend going there!!

What started as a quick drop in to pickup replacement headlight bulb ended with amazing service. Cameron assisted my husband with finding the best light for my car and then helping by installing the light for us. He made my husband feel like he was the only person in the store.

Shop was practically empty and we were standing in the isle for 10mins trying to work out what we needed as they don't have the manual to look up what windscreen wipers you need so trying to google what products we needed.

Service in general is good .But car batteries aren’t goodI bought the gold one didn’t last 3 years as warranty status ..would not recommend their car batteries .

May seem like a bit of a tyre kicker to these guys as I frequent the store for advice before purchasing of which I mostly do online. Doesn't phase them, always happy to help even if I need to travel to a different store that has stock they don't, on point guys! Appreciate the service guys

I have been to this store many times over the past years. They have a fantastic very competitive car audio supply and install service. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. It is my preferred automotive store in the Penrith area.
