I applied for disability because I had about 25 seizures in 6 months big ones I have had seizures for 12 years now and it’s been a few months and Centrelink just keeps saying we are processing your claim I think they are waiting for me to die. Everyone I talk to says are you on disability and they get angry when I says no because they can see I’m suffering and and I need help. doctors always question me why are you not on disability payments. It’s because the government doesn’t care.

Very rude.They need to learn some manners and treat customers with some respect and dignity.We were served by Shabbir and he had the audacity to say complain whoever you want to complain.This is so bad for community and acting like goons.I condemn this behaviour and request action taken against him and put him on a performance review plan to have him learn some manners.I feel sorry for people who are old age and if he is treating customer like this, I pity. Sonia was the team leader however she didn't acknowledge nor take action.Very sad to see this communication

Pretty well maintained. Expected a lot of chaos but was surprised to see how everything was so well organised. I just needed to use the computer for a bit and decided to go in. I ended up realising that my Medicare card is going to expire and got them to issue an another one everything went real smooth. Not a lot of waiting. Ended up doing what I needed to do on the computer

I have lodged an online application to enrol my new born baby in Medicare and Centrelink , my son is 5 months old now still my claim in process, 5 months what a joke, I can’t believe it, we pay tax for this sort of service! I pay thousands and thousands of dollars every year to get this?This is corruption total corruption.

Waited an hour and was told they will call me next day arround 2 to 2.30 instead the called in morning 8am while i was at work and couldn't take a call....and at scheduled time the never called me to help with my queries..
