Good ambience but the food was not at all authentic, no flavours, and the soup tasted like dish washing liquid, no customer service skills.

Have never eaten in, so I can't really comment on that, but takeaway service has always been 5 stars.Staff always double-check orders before giving out, and food is amazing!Honey chicken and japanese tofu are my favourite so far.

Really good quality food. Full of flavour and the kids really enjoyed the robot bringing them their food. Thanks for the evening will definitely be back again.

Such a fantastic venue. Relaxed atmosphere with beautiful decor to view. Staff are fantastic, great fast efficient service. Food is a tasty fantastic experience with GENEROUS servings .A great venue for all occasions, but best to book ahead if possible, but even when busy still plenty of space between tables. Outdoor seating also. Definitely worth a visit.

The food was delicious and super quick to come to the table. Service was fast and very friendly. And of course the robot waiter was a huge novelty and it was SO cute I have to say. This is my grandparents favourite local and I can definitely understand why. I highly recommend the garlic beef, it was delish!

Yes move over R2D2 there's a new robot in town. Nice meal, super eager to please staff, and nice clean restaurant. Othe groups of customers were very happy and they told me they meet weekly at the Kawloon Restaurant.

Excellent customer Service. Staff are quick to attend to needs as arise. Food is generous and lunchtime special is well worth it. Robot waiter is novel idea..

As soon as we were greeted atthe door and shown our table service was outstanding. The food was yummy and hot , very busy had to wait a little while for someone to take our order but overall worth the wait. We loved our little chocolate bear to with our dessert such a nice touch.
