Beautiful furniture, great prices, awesome service. I bought some furniture that didn't fit where I was going to put it but they let me bring it back and replace it with something more suitable. Thanks for your help and the great service.

Saw a butchers block on display and was interested. Got home rang store who gave me two options and sent a photo which was appreciated. Partner went to store and purchased the item and when I opened box was disappointed in the quality and build. I called the store and call went to message bank, left a message about issues and requested a call back. (Never received a call). So I sent 3 photos of the workmanship and again requested a return call. I had to fix the item to make it serviceable. Why didn’t I take it back? Our new kitchen was completed that day and we wanted something to compliment the kitchen and this was the one we wanted so I was prepared to fix the shoddy workmanship but I expected to get some sort of communication from the store of my purchase. With so many stores competing for business I cannot understand no customer service from this store. Would I recommend or purchase again from them, no. I’d go to the mainstream stores that have some resemblance of customer service and communication.

The best furniture store I have been too. The customer service was quick, efficient and very respectable. The prices are very cheap for some of the vintage furniture they have in store and i would definitely recommend going here. They also offer home delivery for a fair price. So go on down and see the team...

So easy to purchase items. Parked outside with the trailer and staff brought item out on trolley and loaded it up.Very pleasant helpful staff.

Very cluttered store, salesman didn't follow through on delivery of product. They were ringing next day with delivery date and no phone call. I called you a week later and you said you text me and I replied which I didn't. Took a lot of mucking around to get our product and we were never given any paperwork for wa|anty just an eftpos receipt.

Was in need of a decent lounge suite, elsewhere, everything was way expensive. Unable to find the right material, design, function.. I asked for help, and was delighted to find the right stuff, at the right price. Awesome lounge am so happy with it.
