The Day Spa by Chuan

Sublime!! I had the 3 hour velvet experience and it was absolutely amazing - I felt like I had been on a two week holiday when I walked out of there, I was so relaxed. The massage was perfect, she really listened to what i wanted and applied the perfect amount of pressure (I like a firm massage!). I understand what people are saying about the robes looking old, but honestly, who cares?! For the quality of the treatment I honestly couldn't care if my robe has some pulled threads. They get washed so often its bound to happen! I went through 3 just in the time I was there.

Full Body Massage was amazing!The music selection was lovely. The massage table was soft and comfortable.I love that you can go into the pool and spa after a massage. Perfect way to become rejuvenated and relaxed.

We booked in for the de stress couples massage and it was absolutely bliss. Both the masseuses were very good and attended to some deep knots from my back and shoulder. Both my partner and I were very relaxed after the session and pleased with the pressure of the massage.

Such a relaxing experience. Thank you to all the staff from the front desk to the spa therapist. Facility was clean and luxurious. The staff were very kind, professional and attentive. Definitely took advantage of coming in early to make use of the complimentary steam room, spa and pool. 10/10 recommend.

Had an old couples retreat voucher which I my partner and I used today. Pool was lovely but the actual services received were so disappointing to say the least. There is no way the masseuses are trained or qualified, they seemed to not have the slightest clue what to do, as far as mistaking my shoulder blade for a knot and digging into it for 5 minutes. They then massaged the feet and went back to the chest which I thought was quite unhygienic and gross. Our treatment was followed by a scalp massage, which was dry, painful and gave me the biggest headache of my life, and I’m sure split ends. Would come use the pool as a guest for sure but definitely will not be returning to the “day spa” which was loud, full of kids and reeked like chlorine. I had very high hopes but have unfortunately left quite disappointed.

The staff are friendly and welcoming and the Chuan Element package had me super relaxed. I like that they give you a little snack to recharge after and you have access to the pool, spa and sauna for as long as you'd like

Great massage & staff but facility could just use a refresh for the price point. Robes & towels especially. Would recommend booking to swim around meals times so all of the kids are gone.

As a previous spa owner myself I'm often disappointed with facials but this facial with a new therapist to their team from France Manon was amazing!! Her technique & pressure was absolutely perfect. Only one problem it went too quick. She was quietly spoken and let you completely relax & enjoy the treatment. Thankyou to the beautiful lady at the front desk too. I felt very spoilt & loved every minute of my treatment today. The after treatment treats were lovely too!!

Absolutely luxurious! Amazing spa, kind and attentive staff, and incredible massage therapist. Event quiet hours so I could relax without kids screaming. I couldn’t have asked for more!!!
