So many lovely items, lots of Australian items which is always great. Plenty of cute souveniers. Staff were pleasant. Good shop overall!

Lovely little shop. Great selection of homewares, stationery, gifts etc. Was uncomfortable listening to the lady at the counter gossip about customers that had left the store. The music is great. Suggest turning it up.

Rude attitude, unpleasant and arrogant workers! Two women doing nothing making sarcasm of two simple and neat tourists who have made a compliment about the store being cute... There is Nothing really handy and special, but it's cute, like a tiny museum of useless trendy stuff.If you're not ready to have people walking in, you may think about closing your store. The only unpleasant experience in whole Australia for two weeks! Quite revealing!

Very cute store with great gifts! Very friendly staff as well.

It’s twice now that I’ve walked through the entire shop without being acknowledged by the staff. The first time, I thought it wasn’t intentional, as there were others in the shop.The second time was today, where I was the ONLY customer in the shop at the time. The two staff members completely ignored me, not saying a word of greeting or even making eye contact. I managed to do an entire lap of the store with no acknowledgement at all.It’s a shame, really, as they carry a personal grooming product that I use on a daily basis. I highly doubt I’ll ever step foot in the store again, let alone spend my hard earned money. Based on the customer service, if I could give less than one star, I would.

Gorgeous little shop. We stopped in for a browse after Sunday brunch in Hardware Lane and spent a good 40 minutes discovering all their delightful wares. The staff was very friendly and helpful and informed us that their parent shop is in Brunswick St Fitzroy where they make all the furniture. To be honest I didn't realise it was a furniture store until I was told, Be sure to check out the beautiful furniture that they use to display products, most of it is for sale. Nice place to spend a bit of leisure time.

Great quirky gift store with so many options

The friendliest, kindest, most helpful staff I have ever come across. For visitors to Melbourne, this shop is a must-do. Interesting and beautiful homewares and gifts at reasonable prices, right at the centre of Melbourne’s laneways. Can’t thank them enough for looking after my luggage and delivering a friend’s gift personally after I bought it in the store. Amazing to come across such kindness from people who go the extra mile for their customers.
