Worst centrelink in Canberra.Staff are very rude here.I'll be going elsewhere next time.A hour wait time.. but only two ppl waiting. What a joke.It takes two seconds to print up paper work.But they expect me to wait around here with covid going around. When in the pass they are more then happy to quickly print one up for me..I suggest you guys go to woden centrelink

The Medicare Express APP and the ratings provided by hundreds of people says it all. MEDICARE INCOMPETENCE. If you bother to read the feedback provide by over a thousand people who have rated the app as ONE star, they have done the job for you. MOST OF THE COMMENTS ARE CONSTRUCTIVE AND ADDRESS ALL THE BUGS IN THE SYSTEM. You have positive client feedback at your doorstep, costs nothing and you sit on your hands doing nothing with this information to improve the client experience. SHAME ON YOU.

I had cause to visit Centrelink at Tuggeranong today. The staff were very nice and helpful and the wait time was excellent, HOWEVER, I would like to make a suggestion if I may. The gentleman who handled my problem was at a desk where he stood up to work (good on him I may add) but that meant I had to stand also for around 10-15 minutes which I found very painful as I am 80 and have a few health problems which don’t allow me to stand for long periods of time. Maybe a chair or stool should be made available for people like me.

I have visited several Centrelink sites including this one of course and I see the same story every time: seriously overworked, understaffed Centrelink staff putting on a brave, smiling face. And what do they get? Half their customers" who are never satisfied

Just moved to Canberra looking for assistance, the front of desk lady was super rude and I could see her complaining to her other colleagues about other people who walk in asking for help. As I walked up greeting informing I just moved here and looking for help and needed guidance as this my first time she then told me go online and do it yourself I know nothing she states. then I ask you can show me how to apply/make a claim. The lady rolls her eyes as she was annoyed to provide help to me? If customer service is a hard job dear maybe reconsider your proffession.

This is the third Centrelink building I've visited, and is by far the best - a comfortable waiting area, not overcrowded, calming visuals and a relaxed atmosphere in general.I visited around 2pm and waited about 10 minutes before being called up. The employee who saw to me was incredibly helpful and friendly, and helped sort out my application - to a point of offering to call me on the weekend as they worked overtime, rather than myself having to travel back there on Monday. Overall a great environment with professional and helpful employees.

Awful. Went to create an account, all our details were entered incorrectly even though we had photo id that was photocopied then because names were entered wrong we had to go in another 2 times because they can't be changed over the phone. Still waiting a month later for cards a month later and can't get through on the phone.

Staff were very friendly and seemed helpful. Queue was surprisingly fast and the waiting area comfortable. Unfortunately the information I was given (including my CFN) was simply incorrect. They set me up with incorrect details and for a program that both; wasn't discussed, and is irrelevant to me. Now I've been on hold for nearly an hour whilst they try to sort it out, not sure if they'll ever get back to me. I might have to try my luck at the Woden Centrelink, but their reviews are even worse than Tuggeranong.**Edit:Now I've progressed, but it's a Catch 22"
