I can't speak highly enough of Tursa Mitchelton, their staff and services. I am particularly grateful to have my case worker Katie Gray who is driven to help me reach my goals while being considerate of my limitations she strives to help me better myself. Tursa is accommodating of their clients specific needs and gives them the opportunity to progress in a streamlined, productive way, furthermore supporting them in every way possible to obtain employment. I really appreciate their help and assistance, thank you!

Being a long term client of Tursa mitchelton I can safely say this is the best organisation I’ve dealt with ! Rach and the team go above and beyond to ensure all of their clients needs are met- with a huge focus on overcoming barriers to employment and finding the right fit in terms of work it’s been an absolute pleasure being a client of theirs - keep up the great work rach and Mel you are doing wonders for people !!

I do not recommend. Of the three people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to the Tursa Mitchelton, Kathy, Lyndel (no longer works there) and Brendan, the only person that has ever spoken to me with any ounce of respect is Brendan and I only spoke to him for a total of 8 minutes. Kathy is hugely rude and seems to have literally no knowledge in how to speak to people in general and Lyndel treated me as if I was a criminal. I am a full time student, 9-5 three days a week, and yet I'm constantly questioned on why I can only make appointments two days a week and have constantly questioned me about how I look. I have worked in customer service for more than ten years, my appearance has never made a difference to anyone except Lyndel. Again, I do NOT recommend this place, they are rude, lazy and have done nothing for me for more than six months. I had applied for a transfer to another job service provider in Chermside about two months ago and have yet to hear anything regarding it. I regret signing up with Tursa Mitchelton.

Skye Sterling and the Tursa Team really helped me at a time when I was struggling to find work after my kidney transplant. Skye's compassionate and caring approach was the helping hand that helped me navigate the daunting process of re-engaging with work after a two year absence. I will always be grateful and forever thankful.

I've been a client for the past year with Tursa Mithelton and have come to the realization that this department is merely milking the government of money! Zero support, Zero job offers and when you approach them for funding about licenses and tickets to improve your skills......you are told to do your own research on pricing and funding! If I had the option of my job hours being available with my current employer, I would tell these people to go away! Demeaning and obtuse is how I would describe my interaction with these loathesome individuals
