My partner took me shopping to get perfume for birthday yesterday and the way the lady was following us around made us so uncomfortable we had to leave. she wasn’t even trying to hide that she was watching every move we were making. just because we are young does not mean we are going to try and steal. my partner works in retail and even he wouldn’t follow people around in that way.

I'd like to give a shout out to the wonderful people who sold us a desk at Myer Carindale last week. They were extremely helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The back dock people also assisted when we had trouble fitting the desk in the back of our car. We got it home okay and are very happy with our purchase. :-)

Very poor customer service in “Dior Beauty”.We have shopping to get some makeup stuffs and the way the lady was following us around and no reps even bothered to make eye contact with us.When I ask her some question,She was not polite to answer and doesn’t want to talk with me.then she going to chat with the other Dior SA.Even I would love to buy the Dior eyeshadow ,but I don’t want to buy it from there,That really bad service and not professional !! I will not come again!!

Went in looking for trophies & found some good products on sale with a good discount. The young salesman was very helpful & knew his products.All in all a good experience.

Sales people can be a bit pushy, I came in to look at perfume with my headphones in, and had 4 salespeople approach me within less a minute of each other in the same area, I told them that I was just looking but they kept asking me questions - I feel like they thought I was stealing or something because I had a tote bag. It made me feel really awkward and that every time I moved I was being watched, very uncomfortable to be honest.

Solid 3.5. Clean and nice store. Range of men's clothing has been in decline seemingly for years. Most staff are friendly and knowledgable. I not used to the sections organised by brands but I guess it makes sense. Just means 15 different areas to go to search for suitable jeans.

I purchased shoes online as not available in store. Get it delivered for free! Problem is if you need to exchange sizes you can't contact anyone at Carindale. Phone number for Shoe HQ is incorrect and does not go thru, google number and you get a machine that eventually connects you to the shoe department which after 1 ring disconnects as the memory is full. 6 times later I got through. In this day and age you think the communication would be easier. Improvement in customer service and satisfaction needs addressing. Not worth the hassle. Returns had to be done on an Ipad, couldn't just change over. Refund and then repurchase. What a waste of time. Frankly I won't bother in future.

Shirley assisted my wife and I in the fragrance department today and she was so attentive and knowledgeable. She was incredibly kind and helped us with picking the perfect scents for each of us. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Very poor customer service in men clothing.Not only didn't help when I was looking for right size and trying them but even the guy at cashier was rude. He didn't even remove the security tag from the pants and I found it just half an hour before I leave home on the day that need it.I usually go to other Myers but this time Carindale was the only shop that had in stock and now I know why.
