Had a puncture on a run flat tyre while away in the Hunter Valley, went to O’Neills and they replaced it straight away and we were out of there in 30min, excellent service would recommend!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.. ABSOLUTE LIFESAVERS....I am from 7 hours away, blew a tyre on the loaded car trailer at 4.30pm approx 10 mins away from their store while I was about to head home.The friendly staff not only managed to fit me in for a quality tyre fit and balance but actually too the time to come collect me from the roadside and drop me back at my car free of charge...Thank you to all the guys and girls at O'Neill's!!!Matt.

Could not be happier with the service I received from Mark and the team at O’Neill’s Cessnock. My tyre blew out and they fixed it within 20 minutes and we’re so efficient and nice. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Not from Newcastle, was driving past. I had a punctured tyre, the team was able to fit me in within 1 hr of calling and sorted the problem. The price to fix the puncture was very cheap also !!A punctured tyre can often ruin your day, but the team was just very helpful.Thanks again guys !!

I booked my Mercedes van in for tyres and a wheel alignment and came back with the steering not straight. I was told that steering is out and there is no adjustment. I then rebooked in and pressed the owner that it's unacceptable as it didn't have a problem before and all he did was give me attitude and get angry with a co worker telling me this happens,what a joke. I wanted to keep it local but this is the second time I have had a bad experience and service at this place. The savinggrace was the mechanic that redone the wheel alignment got it spot on in half an hour, why it couldn't be done before without all the lies, agro and unprofessional service I have no idea but I would t be back ,terrible, terrible service.

Had a wheel alignment done. On the first drive the steering wheel was not centred and it still pulled to the left. I took it back and stated that this was incorrect, and it should be centred. The mechanic" told me this was how it is. He argued with me telling me i didnt know what I was talking about. I took it elsewhere and they said there were no signs that someone had adjusted anything as the threads and nuts were still dirty and rusty. Blatantly charged me and didn't do the work"
