In my opinion this is the place to go for meat in Ballarat.This place has the long hung meat, the low budget meat which is still good meat.It has its own little station where you can get the meat to the grams and sizes you need.Quik and competent staffThumbs up from me.

Purchased 3 kg of so called BBQ chops of the 3 kg 1 kg bones 600gms fat all front leg and arm pit chops and 1 bbq chop you don’t get what’s onto of the tray in the window. I feed them to the dog all mutton disgusting quality. I was a butcher for 5 years never seen poorer quality ever. Buyer beware

Great customer service , fantastic quality products. I bought their Waubra prime scotch fillet , best steak that I have had in a long time. Will be back to try more .
