Form and Frame did a wonderful job in transforming our 1950s house through a major renovation and extension. The scope of works included building a new family room and study, covered deck, garage, and recladding of the existing house.From the outset, Andrew and Chris were extremely communicative and transparent, helping us plan and design the new space, select materials that would preserve the character of the house, and navigate council approvals.Once construction begun, we were amazed at how effortless they made things for us. The team was fantastic in organizing and communicating with us, and was very thoughtful in making the process move along as smoothly as possible. Any feedback we had was noted and addressed and we found it easy to trust work was completed with care, thoroughness, and to the highest quality.The results were truly spectacular and beyond our expectations - it was clear that the team took great pride in their work. Andrew built our deck and installed new bi-fold doors with precision and with a smile on his face. He was extremely easy to work with, understood our vision and we valued his attention to detail. Form and Frame are in the throws of helping us design and renovate our dream home. Our first (and largest) stage has been completed which included a full kitchen and bathroom renovation, moving walls to change the layout of the second floor which overall has changed the look and feel of the house in its entirety.The team at Form and Frame took the time to understand what we were after in terms of look and feel, how we moved about our space and they considered how this may change as the years progress. This was factored into the concepts, plans and visuals that the team provided us along the way gave us comfort that they knew exactly what we were aiming for. The finished product was exactly as we imagined, actually it was even better. We engaged Form & Frame to renovate our tired, dated bathroom. From the outset Chris & Andrew were quick to respond and were great sounding boards for our ideas. Chris immediately understood our vision and provided a beautiful design, which Andrew then brought to life. While covid restrictions pushed back the start date several times, communication was great throughout, whether it was letting us know when to expect deliveries, or which subbies would be on site next. The finished product is even better than we could ever have imagined and we could not be happier. We look forward to working with Form & Frame on our future projects.

I used the boys from Form & Frame to assist me in renovations of my bathroom, laundry, kitchen and main bedroom. Chris was fantastic is assisting with the design and ideas to make each of the spaces work, Andrew was excellent in the coordination of the trades to get the work done. Their craftsmanship is fantastic and the people they work with make excellent products. I had custom shower screen, all custom cabinets, wooden bench tops and custom wardrobe - all have come up amazing and so glad we did it that way.I would highly recommend them, having a team to coordinate any renovation helps take the stress away from me as the owner to get the work done on time and in my budget. Would absolutely use them again!

Chris was great with the design and modeling. Helped us visualise the space we were renovating before committing to the final design. Very happy with the final result!
