When researching Pellet Grills, I kept landing back on Z Grills, So I bought one.I've not had a single issue/problem or concern with mine and that's comforting in this day of mass production.The Aussie distributor goes right out of his way to serve his customers, another comforting part of owning a Z Grill. There is true Customer Service and after sales support.Even watching the new product development and requests for public feed back is great to see.

I've had my 700E-XL Z Grills Pellet Smoker since January 2021 and I am so happy with my purchase! I can fit an incredible amount in the smoker, its cheap to run on pellets, easy to use - just set and forget (well, don't forget about your food, but you know what I mean!). The after service, help and advice from Mick is second to none, I've never experienced service like it! Make sure you join the FB group after purchasing, great community with tons of help and tips from other Z Grillers!

I've been using my Z Grills 700E-XL every week making ribs, chicken, briskets, pork belly burnt ends, burgers and sausages. Purchased my Z Grill 7002B early this year after many years of smoking with my wood fired offset smoker, since owning it I have cooked everything from brisket, pork butt, ribs, tri-tip, pastrami, lamb shoulder, pizza and paella with no hiccups. Build quality is solid, it holds temperature extremely well and the after sales service from Mick is awesome.

As someone fairly new in the game of smoking, I had only used a Weber kettle in the past year to do low and slow. I thought it was time to upgrade to a decent sized smoker. Purchasing the Z Grill 700E-XL was the best move I have made since entering this game. First off, there is the customer service by Michael. If there was ever a chance to rate someone 5 star for customer service, Michael (Mick as commonly known) deserves every star under the sun. He was happy to talk me through any hints and tips I needed and provide all the assistance relating to the set up of the smoker.To the smoker itself, I tried my hand at some beef cheeks for my first ever time and they came out perfectly. It's so good that you can have a machine that is reliable to set and forget, yet to also end up with some quality low and slow cooks.For the price you pay compared to other smokers in the market, this purchase is a no brainer. There's also a great Facebook group for the owners that share recipes and give tips where they can. Everyone on there are so genuine, which makes the whole experience that much better.Once again, thank you Mick for being there whenever I had questions. Great product and great service.

Exceptional products and customer service from Mick and Z Grills. I made an enquiry regarding a Christmas present for my husband and received a response from Mick same day. My husband has had another smoker previously that does not compare to the quality of his Z Grills smoker, or the 10/10 track record from the meals he's made in it. Would recommend this business to everyone.

I purchased a Z Grill for my husband as a surprise gift for his 50th - he had been eyeing them off for some time. The before and after care emails & phone calls have been great. Due to the weather he was only able to use it for the first time the weekend just gone and OH MY GOD - the pulled pork and buffalo wings were amazing. Highly recommend their smokers. Cannot fault the product nor the customer service which was excellent. Thanks guys.
