Totally disagree with all the below comments. Sam the technician was very competent and knowledgeable when it came to the repairs of our Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher had several companies decline the job due to the duration it will take to repair the job. At $165 flat fee the price is more than reasonable after spending 3 hours to first diagnose the problem then repairing the appliance it’s more than a fair price,Sam didn’t ask for one dollar more and honoured the call out fee.Will definitely being using this company!

He reset our washing machine. We paid $155 and said if it has any problems it would covered for 2 weeks and he would come back and fix it. I tried ringing the next day when I washing machine didn't work again. He was nowhere to be found. No real message bank and he would never call back. If you look closer on the website, the contact details are fake.

Sam seemed knowledgeable and friendly on the day, and he told me he would need to order a part if I asked him too. Well I did, but then he stopped replying to me. It looks like once he's got the service fee he loses interest in completing the job. Very disappointed. $200 later my fridge doesn't work and no further contact.

THE WORST BUSIBESS! Tried several times to get hold of them for appliance service then charged $220 and a couple of weeks had issues again, called called and texted and never got a reply. Agreed with all the other reviews! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! BUSINESS LIKE THIS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! AVOIDING AT ALL COST!

Do not use this guy. He installed our split system wrong. Payed cash and a fair amount used it twice and the carpet is wet. Rang him for 5 weeks and when he answers he hangs up. Been sending emails and getting replies but now all of a sudden no reply. The names of these two is Sam and Trish. There scum.
