I have known Jason for some 10 years – both in a professional and personal capacity.I had a rear deck which had deteriorated considerably over the years.I engaged Jason to demolish the old deck (about 2m off the ground), and rebuild a new deck with the same dimensions but with a roof, which the existing deck never had.I had been to Jason’s house numerous times in the past, and noticed the workmanship he exhibited after renovating his own house.Jason is meticulous in his craft, and I could not be happier with the outcome.There were numerous problems we encountered during the building process including rotten walls that needed to be rebuilt, and reinforcing parts of the remaining portions of the rear deck. All problems he encountered were brought to my attention, and numerous discussions were held between Jason and me when each problem needed to be solved. He listened to my suggestions and I took on board his suggestions until an outcome was decided upon that was amenable to both of us. I was encouraged by the fact that Jason would not go forward until the solution was up to his standard.I now interview clients on my new rear deck, and all the comments from them have been overwhelmingly positive with many requesting Jason’s phone number for work they are considering.I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Jason to anyone thinking of renovating, repairing or building.I have also given Jason authority to give his prospective clients my contact details and am more than happy to discuss any further details with them.
