I've been going to this establishment for months now and I've been satisfied every single time! I've had a few variations of what Hailan provides and each time I'm so happy with the result.Other than the fantastic job she does with eyelashes, her care is phenomenal. All her equipment smells so nice and she provides extra comfort with a blanket, pillow and background music. She is patient, happily listening with concerns of your eyelashes and will spend extra time on them to make them perfect for you.Being there makes me so calm and relaxed that I frequently fall asleep haha. If you want a rest from your week while getting dolled up then she is the best at it!

My go to Lash tech! I have been going to Hailan since she first started doing lashes and have not been to anyone else since. I love the Cashmere Ellipse technique that she uses as I can’t really find many other studios that do it. Hailan’s technique feel so much lighter compared to other lashes I have had done yet still looks so full and bold. She has high attention to detail, very gentle and really knows all about lashes. Her work is high quality and the vault beauty bar space is so clean and comfortable. She also lets me listen to my favourite podcast while I’m getting lashed up which is great! 110% recommended

I’ve had my lashes done by Hailan several times now and she’s the only person I trust with my lashes! She knows what she’s doing and really listens to your lash wants and needs. I typically go for classic lashes and with good care they last for at least three weeks. Hailan is super friendly and extremely generous with her time. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your lashes (which for me is never) she’s always willing to fix them up to ensure the client is happy with the completed lash look. She’s a bit far from where I live but definitely worth the commute! I cannot recommend her enough!

I took a break from getting my eyelashes done for a few years but I've recently hopped back on the bandwagon and I'm so glad I found this place! No damage to my natural lashes and the glue that they use is amazing, literally had eyelashes hanging on for over 2 months! Love the after hour service too, extremely convenient for me.
