Melissa is a gem; she's knowledgeable and cares for you and your health. She follows up after each session with a thoughtful text. But most importantly, I've seen results after only 2 sessions!

Young has really helped me with my back pain and posture. She has great attention to detail, massages well and has provided me with a variety of easy exercises I can do at home. Although I see Young regularly, both therapists are very knowledgeable and fantastic at what they do.

My whole back, shoulders and neck are very tight, and my back became worse when I overexerted myself one weekend. I saw Mel when this happened and she was very attentive to my needs, performed a great massage, and provided exercises and follow-up advice to assist in getting my body back to normal. Young is very good at her job and has given me knowledge on ways to protect my body with simple exercises that you can easily do at home. A couple of my work mates have gone to see her as I highly recommend her and Melissa. This is part of my self care to be able to look after myself as I work and I’m a mother to 5 children. It has taken a toll on my body over the year’s as my job is very physical but with Young never giving up on me and helping me with my pain on my back, shoulders, and arms I’m starting to get better. Appreciate the work and giving me hope that I will get better. Melissa from MAT is a pro.Is great at unlocking knots, including dry needling & suction cup.Great personality & knows her way around a massage table.Works on professional athletes from Rugby Union, Rugby League & AFL.Highly recommended.
