We have had our very old curtains to be replaced by roller blinds in the bedrooms and sheer curtains in the living room. They have gave useful advices in choosing the product style and color which suit our family and easier-maintained and safer ones for our kids. The guy who helps to install them is polite, experienced and efficient. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I contacted this company by phone and all the appointments were made smoothly. The staff came to my place and finished all the measurement and came back for the instalment quickly. The service is pretty good and I think the price is reasonable. I will use their service again.

UPDATE: after writing this review, they contacted me to offer a free measure and quote and asked that I update my review (which might explain why they have so many positive reviews). No thanks - I don't want anyone who works this way to have my business.--------Claims to offer a “free” measure and quote but what they really mean is we’ll come and “quote” if you pay the deposit to lock in your job. Had higher expectations from the other reviews here but am just disappointed and annoyed at their business model.I called to schedule a quote. They asked me to send photos and told me they would quote my job from the photos I send. Not sure how they intend to do that without accurate measurements...On top of that, they asked for a 40% deposit of the total job cost for someone to come onsite and give me a proper quote.Honestly not sure how this business model works. How can you expect someone to agree to a job that’s been quoted from photos? They have no interest in helping you or explaining to you how the installation will be done.Surprised they have so many positive reviews to be honest..

Product is fine.Customer service is ordinary.Ordered over 20 fly screens, had issue with one fly screen.The painting on one frame (facing outside) was hit and miss.Was told said not their problem as that is how it came from the supplier ???I have heard it all now...Sending out a product that was clearly faulty and just hoping for the best.

Request to change a couple of backyard fly screens to security doors, Dennis came to do the measurement and quoted a very competitive price. Product is ready in one week time and the installation is scheduled within one week. Tony came to install the security doors and took away the old fly screens with no extra charge, super happy with the quality and service. Fabulous work! Thank you so much!

V-Max installed a screen for us with no fuss. Came when they said they would and had the instalment completed very quickly at a fair price. We intend to use them for further work.

We've been using Vmax for years, their customer service was excellent. All the staff were exceptional. The design consultant was vey helpful with advice. The blinds installer was very friendly and efficient The blinds look great in my house and my investment apartments. Very happy with quality of the blinds.

I asked them to install the screen doors and the blinds for my apartment. Very professional and efficient. They have many options of blinds and screen doors in terms of colors and styles. There must be one fit your home. The price is very reasonable and affordable for such a good quality. I strongly recommend this company if you need new blinds or screens.

Had double roller blinds installed in my new apartment unit. Initially had some problems with the installation due to wrong measurements. However, the manager quickly responded back to fix the problem. I am satisfied with the after-sales service. Sometimes, due to human error, we make mistakes which cannot be helped, but what is good is that they owned up to the mistake and came back to fix it asap. Good job!
