My wife ordered two mince crunchy tacos and we picked it up - there was no mince in it at all. I've attached photos, terrible!

We ordered 2 mini burritos and burrito bowl also got corn chips and the plain cheese dip it was 8:45 pm there was only one other couple in the store it took 22 min for our order to come out and our cheese dip was so spicey we couldn’t eat it took it back and said we asked for plain not spicey she said they are all spicey! The service was poor food took so long to come out and didn’t come out together. Not sure I would go back again last time we went it took 25 min just for hot chips

We had been talking about going there for a long time, after going there today we are now talking about how disappointing it was. My Wife Nathos which was OK, I had a Cali Burrito which was not nice at all, the pastry was like it was hardy cooked at all and the whole thing was warm one side and cold on the other side.Didn't bother complaining at the counter as I did not want to make a scene about it.So I do hope that the people that run this place do read the reviews.

Very clean store. There was an older woman training behind the counter which was lovely to see and she was doing an amazing job. It was pleasing to see staff were kind to her when something came up that she didn't know and asked for help. I was watching as we were eating our meal and she honestly put the younger staff to shame with her customer service skills and her friendliness and smile so I congratulated her on our way out for doing such a great job.

Everytime there is a mistake with food, given someone else's order or they have not followed instructions. There is so many staff the place should run incredibly smoothly but it sadly doesn't. Too many cooks spoil the broth.

Can't review the food because I've been stuck in drive thru for 30 minutes so far with only 2 cars infront. Can't wait to get to work on Monday and tell the boys how I spent my weekend.Update!!! After 45 minutes I finally got my food! Nothing beats a brekkie burrito with a hash brown so overcooked it sounded like pork crackling and tasted like sandpaper.P.s please change the signs of drive thru" to "medium to long term parking"P.p.s - You are the reason Karen's exist in this world."

The food I ordered was not made to the standard I have come to expect from GYG.Food items that I paid extra to get added to my bowl were not there.23 minutes from paying for my order to it to come out to me...Bit long to wait...Flavours were as good as expected.Fresh food and chips were hot and delicious...

Nachos with chicken was in the bag when received at drive-through. It was cold, wet, burnt and the worst ever. Called, hold, no answer - waste of time and money. Wife ended up cooking a meal.
