WOW!So much under one roof.I love my craniosacral sessions with Sarah and can not wait to see the other practitioners and attend workshops. Lovely to have such unique items for sale so close to home too!!Pleasant, relaxing environment.

I have been holding Creative Art Workshops and 1:1 sessions at Soul Spectrum for over 12 months now. Sarah and the team of therapists are helpful and friendly. The room and facilities are always clean and ready to go. The space has a beautiful ambience which I thoroughly recommend to others who maybe searching for a space to work from.

Today I had my first 'Soul Day' experience. I arrived feeling a plethora of emotions; stress being on the top of the list. As I went through each mini session with one of the amazing 5 practitioners, the stress just melted away. I wanted to stay and do it all over again. We finished the day with a high tea which offered so much to eat (So Good) and it also gave us the chance to talk and share some of our experiences with each other; It was the perfect way to finish off such a great day. Thank you Louise, Jules, Janelle, Sarah, Katie and not forgetting Wendy who kept our morning flowing. Highly recommend.

The rooms at Soul Spectrum are great for so many different modalities. I hired the counselling room for my embodiment coaching. I soon realised I needed a more ambient and quieter room for my meditations, which was not an issue. Sarah was flexible, understanding and always available for support. I needed internet connection for my online sessions which was available, plus the business coaching, spirit painting and knowledge from Sarah was all an added bonus. The other practitioners are equally amazing, the energy and support that comes from that space is priceless and something I valued the most. Only reason for leaving was I moved solely to online and not needing an in person space anymore. Highly recommend hiring a space with Soul Spectrum and Sarah, if you are looking for more than the basics.

Amazing morning at Soul Day! Beautiful & talented ladies spoiled us rotten. Stand outs were the Psychic Medium Janelle, she was spot on in her reading and super lovely, the Astrology reading & soul art, Jules was such a vibe, great energy and a wonderful soul, and Katie’s Lomi Lomi massage was so relaxing and wonderful. Finished off with a yummy high tea and beautiful company. Thanks for planning a lovely morning, I’ll be back!

I recently saw Louise, for an essential facial. I had never had one before and Louise was amazing! She had a great energy to which I immediately felt at ease. I found the experience to be very relaxing and just what I needed at the time. My skin felt amazing after, and I look forward to my next session with her.

Adore Soul Spectrum! I worked from this space for a year and they were the most supportive, knowledgeable group of women.All with the common goal of having clients take control of their health, to live the fullest lives that they can.Sarah had a beautiful vision and brought it to life!
