Energy Point
Service person called said was unable to test compressor as powerboard was not giving error message. Repair costs unknown as could could be anyone of boards 5 in total and if compressor was faulty could blow boards again. I was no better off than before he attended and $110.00 later for nothing. Felt like they were only interested in selling new heat pump. The ma ager was arrogant and talked down to me. Office staff and serviceman were polite and friendly.

Marcus Brown from Energy Point provided us with a quote the same day we spoke with him. He visited our home, took pictures of the inside location and the outside as reference for himself and the tradesmen if we accepted the quote. The quote was a reasonable price. We acceptedThe job was started on the promised day with two tradesmen. One refrigeration mechanic and one electrician They both went about their separate tasks assisting each other when needed. They were friendly and efficient. The job was completed as promised in half a day.We thoroughly recommend Energy Point to anyone requiring the services they provide.

Fantastic service. We run an AIr B&B and our heat pump died just prior to multiple bookings. The late end-of-day visit to assess and confirm our issue, the understanding of our situation and willingness to help was outstanding service. Patrick kept us informed throughout the process and organised to have a new heat pump installed before our next guests arrived. This great service was supported by an excellent installation by Jonty.Could not recommend highly enough.

Brought a wood fire, got a good deal, happy with it. Only problem was we had it delivered and driver had no way of getting wood fire off the tail gate of the truck, wood fires are very heavy, you would of thought he would of had a hand trolley.
