Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My child (4) was nervous but they helped them feel comfortable and safe.They definitely need an extra retail staff member out front.

We went to Specsavers Corio today where Mel was truly excellent. She helped fit my daughters glasses to her face with expertise and experience. Mel knew exactly what the issues were and she was able to adjust the glasses to fit her face better. Thank you Mel for your understanding and professionalism.

Staff is untrained, couldn’t explain properly to customers. Asked anti fog glasses paid extra money. It didn’t work. Explained to the manager, she said there is no anti fog glasses. And refuse to help further.

Horrendous service. Had two appointments cancelled, then re-scheduled. Then advised to wait 8 weeks for pick up. Terrible service. Will try somewhere else. Beware !!!

I broke the arm of my glasses while moving house and needed it fixed urgently. Rather than just replace the broken arm, Specsavers Corio replaced both arms, made it look better than new, and refused to take payment for it all in under 20 minutes. The prices of glasses and optometry services are on a par with the other spec savers shops but the after sales service and customer service here is unbelievably good. Highly recommended, in fact I am prepared to travel 2 hours for my next 2 pair of glasses.
