Doing PT with Latoya weekly at Anytime Lake Haven. She’s an absolute gun of a motivator and trainer! Would recommend anybody wanting to get themselves going and achieving fitness goals to see Latoya!

I absolutely love going here! When I first started up I was very self conscious. However with Latoya’s help and guidance I have not only become physically stronger but mentally too. She is my biggest supporter in everything and I’m so grateful to her and all the staff for making me feel welcomed. If you need a personal trainer that always has your back and will encourage and push you Latoya is the person to see. You will not be disappointed :)

I had a PT session with AnerleiseShe explained how to use all the machines and was very helpful making me feel comfortableShe has a lot of knowledge about health/fitness and I’m excited to see my fitness increase with her as my trainer

Latoya is an amazing personal trainer with a great positive attitude, each session is always filled with lots of laughs which makes me feel so much more comfortable.She has motivated me to keep on my fitness journey and to push myself more than i knew i could.Id highly recommend her to any of my family/friends wanting to start their fitness journey.

I was anxious about joining a gym, (I'm really unfit) however Annalise, Taylor and Latoya have made the experience an amazing one.I appreciate that these girls are kind, supportive and challenge you.The gym isn't a showy gym, but is fully equipped for all types of people, at all levels of fitness, and everyone is friendly and helpful.I enjoy my visits there and can happily recommend them and this gymNadine
