Actually responded to my requests/questions and came up with solutions. I will continue when the story is finished, so far work scheduled to be done on identified problems. Relief! Very happy everything agreed to was completed . No bad results so far. Fair Price and done in the day. Car a 2020 model. Very impressed. Thanks to friendly folk.

They are my go to currently and I don’t intend on changing it. Been there twice for log book services and will continue. The team at UT Booval have been awesome. I also appreciate them being up front about what they’ve found and not attempting any work without my say so. My car both times has felt smoother while driving so I know it’s good - driven my car long enough to know what it feels and sounds like and so far so good!

I don't doubt their mechanical know how or skill, but customer communication does effect decision making, and after paying for an inspection and receiving a quote, it was only a week later I was informed the radiator wasn't included in the quote and would cost several hundred extra. 3 star.Edit: they disconnected the battery without closing my window and when my vehicle was towed home some valuables were still inside. I didn't realise this straight away and am very lucky my items weren't stolen. I don't trust them anymore. 1 star.

These guys,(and Gals), are amazing. Great service. From the moment I called them, I was made welcome, and I knew, this was the place for me. Receptionist is an absolute treasure, (she needs a pay rise), because if it wasn't for her positivity, I would have gone elsewhere. I had a pretty big repair/ service, and the whole experience, was amazing. Do yourselves a favor. GET THERE.

They always give me a fixed price quote and if there is anything extra that needs attention they call, tell me the price for the extra item(s) and give me a choice. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable.
