Blue Ribbon Dog Grooming

We take our Foxy/chihuahua in regularly for nail clips. They can always fit him in even when they are busy. Very happy with the service at Blue Ribbon.

My dog is very fussy when it comes to being washed and being around loud noises. But when picking him up the owner said he wasn’t that bad and looked really happy. I can’t recommend this place and I think we have found our regular dog groomer.

My puppy Leo just loves getting groomed here. He is happy to be picked up and is always dropped home later. He comes home smelling beautiful and is always well clipped. Top effort. Thanks

They do a great job. Staff are friendly and dowhat you ask to be done. Will be taking Princess back each time she needs to be groomed even though we have to travel from Semaphore Park. We are that happy with the price and grooming service.

We recently took our Siberian Husky and Staffy to Blue Ribbon.Very happy with the quality of the work done, especially on the husky who hates it if we try to brush or bath him at home.Both dogs come back smelling and looking great.Will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone.

My Mother has a standard poodle who is groomed by Holly. She recommended Blue Ribbon Dog Grooming for my 12 yr old standard labradoodle. I wasn't disappointed. She was groomed beautifully, smelled lovely, and her fur was soft and silky. When I collected her she appeared settled. I considered the cost excellent value. Unfortunately I dont live in the area otherwise I would take my dog to Holly regularly.

My Westie/shihtzu Rodney who is 11 loves going to Blue Ribbon. He gets excited and happy as soon as he realises that's where we're headed, bounds in the door and can't wait to see any new or old friends there already. I've found he's become much better around other dogs since going there too. They always take extra care with his skin as I've told them about his skin allergy problems, they clip and groom him exactly as I ask and he always looks and smells wonderful. I sent my Cavoodle to get a hair cut. Her first time getting her hair cut at blue ribbon dog grooming and I will never be sending her back. They cut all her beautiful eyelashes off and cut her fur so short and uneven. They didn’t advise us how short they were cutting her hair and completely disregarded the instructions we gave.She has little razor burns and cuts on her belly and one on her leg that she is constantly licking. So we’ve now had to take her to the vet for this.When we contacted them about these issues they were rude and blamed us, no customer service skills at all.

Absolutely shocking unprofessional customer service.Was spoken to in an arrogant condescending fashion by the owner.The way our dog was picked up at the start. There was no care, “just another dog to groom”.Owner complained to us that she was “winging” (probably very nervous because of how she was treated)The multiple abrasions/cuts left on her after she was “groomed”Soon as we picked her up she was shaking constantly.There are plenty of other places to take your furry friends, where they’ll actually be groomed by people who genuinely love the job and love dogs.
