Dropped into this cafe while checking out the suburb. The venue is small but cosy. Food? Was good.Ordered the T2 sandwich and Moreton bug sliders. Don't let look of the T2 sandwich fool you. It looks like someone just slapped on a piece of meat with some bread. But take a bite in and the chicken bursts with flavor. I regretted for not adding on avocado in the sandwich.Paradoxically, the Moreton bug sliders was a total opposite. Looks superb but was lacking somewhat in taste.

I gave one star based on the following reasons -1. Hygiene -We were given a water cup with lipstick marks on it, asked for replacement which we never got.2. Food quality / Portion -I ordered Wagyu beef burger, it is the worse wagyu beef burger I have ever tasted, the meat patty was hard and burnt, taste more like coles beef patty. (As per picture).Pulled lamb - I cannot believe for $23 dollars there were hardly any lamb, mostly coleslaws....... (As per picture).4. COVID disclosure - I could not believe a staff member was telling a customer out of 9 staff members 3 were tested positive to COVID hence they are under-staff right now.... Why would you disclose that type of information??And no, wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this joint, avoid if possible.

This is the second time we have tried to visit your cafe and both times we haven’t been allowed to sit on a free table.Today, we are a party of 3 and there was a table of 5 available. We were told we couldn’t sit there just in case a group of 5 came in later. It was not reserved, but because we were only 3 people we weren’t allowed to sit there.I’m not sure why your business is turning away paying customers?This cafe is our local and we will not ever attempt to attend again.

Ordered 2x Banh Mi which arrived quickly and was tastyRefreshing orange juice and Loose leaf Prana ChaiStaff well mannered and competent Dog friendly cafe so we sat outside on comfortable chairs in the sunshine Enjoyed the time and food

The food and coffee here is quite good! And the kitchen staff are really helpful with orders that need to be adjusted. It’s such a shame about the service. Not a single hello or good morning. Permanent stale, miserable faces from the serving staff who obviously don’t want to be there or at least that’s how it comes across. Slamming plates on the table and having the worst attitude. Service is everything to me so it’s a 2/5 regardless of the food being pretty good.

I'm on low fodmap and this cafe worked hard to ensure I could eat something delicious that meets my requirements. The waitress was so kind and understanding.Coffee is amazing.Outdoor heating.They top us up with water and even top up their dog water without asking.Legends. Parkdale at its finest.

I ordered by Uber, but am still really impressed with this cafe, and cannot wait to go in-person!The waffles were some of the best waffles I had eaten - crunchy around the outside. The idea of adding apple sauce was really ingenious, and went so well with banana. My suggestion would be to add cinnamon, a bit of honey! :) The coffee beans were beautiful, and really refreshing. Cudos to both chef and staff for being kind and bringing a really satisfying meal.

Really lovely, unassuming cafe. Prompt and friendly service. Seating outside was great on a nice day, under cover and spaced fairly generously.Coffee was delicious if slightly on the smaller side. All day breakfast and plenty of nice sounding lunch options. Food came out quite quickly and was well presented. Good mix of flavours and generally balanced.Can't fault this place. Looking forward to going back again. Very dog friendly too.

Plenty of reviews and word of mouth recommendations for this place and it didn't disappoint. Standard beef pie had plenty of flavour with a great pastry, the stand out for me was the Indian beef pie. It was perfectly seasoned with just enough kick. Their sweets are sensational also. Highly recommended.
