I've just bought a property where another report was available from the agent, so I paid for the one already done - waste of time and money. I had Brett go in and also do a report, he is so thorough picked up some small and one big thing that wasnt in the other report. Brett was available to chat about anything found and also super helpful, as he is a licensed builder he knows what he's talking about and what's important.

BRC Property Inspections did a thorough report on the home I was interested in buying. The information in the report allowed me to make an informed decision to purchase the home and also gave me some negotiating power when I pointed out a couple of issues to the real estate agent. The report the agent offered me had very few details and was no where near as detailed or comprehensive as the BRC report. I would definitely use BRC again - and will pass on their details to friends in the market for a new home. Thanks Brett & Helen
