I am a long term client of Macarthur Strata. The past few months, there has been a personal dispute regarding fees between the co-owner of our property and myself. Macarthur Strata only sent us levy notices and an overdue levy notice at the beginning of December. Our 'property manager's then spoke with my co-owner, got one side of the story and then took it upon herself to make contact with my legal team, incurring me fees as a result. I spoke with the property manager who told me the co-owner told her to do it, so I escalated to the managing director who said that as the co-owner instructed the property manager to involve the legal team, that they did nothing wrong.No apology. No compensation offered. Not even a phone call to me to ask about fees due, prior to escalating to my legal team. They allowed themselves to be easily manipulated by a co-owner during a messy separation, then took no accountability for their actions thereafterI DO NOT recommend Macarthur Strata at all.If I could give them 0 stars, I would.STAY CLEAR of this company if you want a governing strata body who actually does something and works for their clients.

FIND A DIFFERENT STRATA COMPANY!Terrible service. Extremely rude on the phone when following up urgent matters. We have had roof leaks in our building that have been occurring for weeks. Only received one quote to have it repaired and cannot be told when the next quotes will be received and there have been no temporary fixes to help prevent the issue with more expected rain due this week.

I sent e mail several times to get proof of buliding insurance. But I haven't gor any email or call from this company soI called at 4.45pm today. Because they closed at 5pm. But it is closed already. I want to change strata if I can. It is worst experience ever.

Most of your strata will go to the admin fees and very little into the pooling fund. They go through strata managers like toilet paper so you never know who is taking care of your property. They take ages to do any repairs or inspections and communication is terrible. They'll send out their bills well in advance so you never miss strata fees, although they never follow up on requests made by owners. If you can't self manage your strata, at least don't use this company.

Not even 1 star I can give this strata is the worst service I have ever seen in my life.

Waste of money, I called up to complain about the lawn miantenance guys for the 5th time today because nothiong has been done about it. I then got abused and screamed at because i expressed being upset with how much money it costs for no actually service.Would not recommend and will be changing the Strat for my property and the 4 others attached.
