A r few years ago I purchased a good quality carpet in close to 12 years past gets plenty of traffic , and afterChildren and grandchildren and great grandchildren still going strong .

PROVIDED DAMAGED VINYL BUT WON'T COMPENSATE - 19/10/22I ordered $736 of vinyl sheeting in October 2022 and informed Carpet Call I was on a tight time-frame as I had to move out. Vinyl sheeting was delivered and discovered to be damaged. I had no choice but to lay it asap as new people were moving in. Carpet Call accepted it delivered damaged vinyl sheeting but won't pay any compensation. It only offered to replace it knowing full well that there are significant labour costs incurred in laying vinyl sheeting, which I will have to bear again, and such an offer can't be accepted. The people at Carpet Call Rockingham have stopped responding to my request for compensation despite being liable for the damage. Shockingly bad business practice. I'm writing this review in the hope that people are aware of this business practice and they don't do it to someone else.UPDATE 1/11/22 - ALMOST 2 WEEKS AFTER MY REVIEWAfter the seemingly lovely response on 20/10/22 from the owner to my review (below) asking me to contact them via email, I did so the same day with my contact details. 12 days have gone by and all they said was they've 'forwarded' my email to 'WA management'. No contacting me to discuss or offer compensation. Centrelink provides a better service!Seems like Carpet Call is all show and no substance. I wish I'd saved my money and mental health for a business that offers a genuine quality service.

Nic came to our house to measure our bedrooms for carpet. He is very professional, polite, and friendly. He also helped us decide on the colour that would best suit our house and also answered any questions we had. I also found your range to be very affordable and great quality.

We found Carpet Call online searching for an area rug for our master bedroom. Website was easy to use and we found them to have a wide variety of stock, well priced in the size we were looking for. Store is in a high profile location with plenty of parking. We were immediately greeted at the door and directed to a specialist in our area of interest. He showed us where to look for our size requirement. He also explained that all stock was 50% off. The suggested retail prices were overly inflated but with 50% off returned to the high side of reasonable. We found what we were looking for straight away. We left pleased with our purchase from Carpet Call.

These guys were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and Chris went the extra mile to help us get our carpeting project finished. Thank you!

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Patrick on a public holiday. He listened to our needs, provided advice and is very knowledgeable. He went out of his way, worked out of hours to be able to assist us. 100% would recommend, he was straight to the point and wasn’t pushy on getting a sale.
