Fantastic, well priced, and efficient service by Andrew. Recent storm damage killed my laptop and I needed an insurance report so I got a few quotes from local repairers and his was the best priced, and his communication was fast and approachable. Wasn't pushy at all, was clear about the whole process, and flexible about drop off/pick up times.Andrew prepared the report quickly (in a handy pdf) and hit all the criteria that my insurer had asked for. Also saved my drive even though the laptop itself wasn't salvageable. I will definitely keep him in mind if I need repairs/parts in the future!If you need a local repairer/reporter/seller, look no further.

I phoned Andrew about transferring information from my old laptop to a newer laptop that I inherited from my father. My old computer had just died and apparently the hard drive had crashed. Andrew did a great job clearing all the old information from Dads laptop and transferring all my information onto it. He set up my email etc.. Everything is so simple the way he has set it up I just wish I had seen him years ago.A great guy, very knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely give him my business in future.
