No show on the open inspection -My husband and I spoke to the selling agent Nahid Coventry prior to an open inspection to get to know a potential property in East Lindfield that we would love to see on the day before the open inspection. The next day morning at 9.30am when we arrived in front of the property with other potential group of 2 buyers waiting at the door, there was no sign of agents. We waited patently for 10min and rang up the agent Tom Cater who was also listed as a co-selling agent on the advertisement and were told the property is sold already. This information was not advised through the conversation we had with Nahid, the inspection time was not taken off from my real estate website. There was no apologies mentioned on the phone. We took time off and drove for a good 40min to come here for nothing. This is utterly unprofessional and no integrity from the agents working for Dijones!!!If you are a local owner who's willing to sell, think twice!
