Bought an Audi A4 from normie, the car looks great and runs perfect. I was worried when I seen he was a younger fella but he was no doubt the best car salesman I’ve had. Being a woman I get worried I’ll get taken advantage of when buying a car but normie and his team were very through with all the logistics

I had to put in a lot of effort with multiple ignored calls and texts to simply organise a time to view a car. I drove nearly an hour to view it and upon arrival, I text Normie that I was here and his reply was that he had covid and forgot I was coming down, even though we organised the appointment less than 24 hours prior. No one else was available to come and get the car out. Complete waste of 2 hours of my time.Trying to organise another time to view the vehicle was a nightmare also. Normie said he could bring the car to me at 8pm and then didn’t respond to my multiple messages or calls all day until about 7pm when he finally answered my call and said he’d get back to me. He messaged me back and said it was not possible and we would have to organise an appointment for the following day.I figured I might as well.. Unfortunately that turned out to be a complete waste of time as well.The car was presented very poorly. Filthy, evidence of prior damage, broken parts laying on the back seat, dirty oil covered rags tucked away in the boot, OBD port exposed which leads me to believe a scanning tool had been used recently possibly to clear engine error codes.The “salesman” that turned up couldn’t care less and said “you were a bit early so I didn’t have time to clean it up”.. Probably meaning he didn’t have time to hide evidence of dodgy play.The other cars they had out also looked very rough and no pride has been taken to present them nicely for sale.The whole experience was very unprofessional and annoying. A dealer operated by a kid and his mates who have no idea how to communicate or how the professional sales industry works. Their customers should be the ones receiving the sales commissions when they actually purchase a vehicle considering they likely are the ones putting in all the work.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERI bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a warranty, four months later my mechanic found a blown head gasket. There was an attempt to conceal it with Chemiweld, conveniently for the dealer it just lasted through the 3 month stat warranty. There were several other issues with the car leading up until this event. Absolutely disgusted!

Norm and the crew helped me purchase my new Camry, the finace process was a breeze, I can now follow my dream of being an Uber driver. Thanks norm
