Great staff

Not helpful staff and forever waiting and being forgotten

I find that the staff are very helpful they had helped my son an I out alot when most needed it so I give them a thumbs up for a fantastic job thanks so much mission Australia

1 Star for being unhelpful, rude and obnoxious staff members. First of all, the front counter people are always on facebook, secondly the staff are on a power trip and make it hard for anyone to fulfil their requirements they require more proof of any kind of document and regulate appointments as if they were centrelink but they aren't and are not helpful whatsoever, supposed to be helping people struggling for work get a job but are just getting paid to be asses to everyone. Management are also drop kicks and the manager insinuated a threat of making a complaint. Funding should be cut from this place and moved to a better provider, the entire office site have out of date computers, programs, and printers that regularly crash, and mission providence expects people to attend there 5 times a week for 2 hours every day for job searching? That is a joke, computers at the average persons home works better.

Very lazy staff on Facebook around the office sharing posts while people are waiting for appointments. Very disappointing

Seriously friendly service officers that are genuinely interested in helping you in your career path. They want to you get something out of your time there. Reception is lovely, too.

Mission Australia is one of the best Non for profit organisation in Australia! and completely different from Mission Providence that changed its brand to Konekt Employement. Please make sure you write review under the right organisation
